At Nyaire Tours, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our refund policy carefully before booking.

Booking Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service may qualify for a full or partial refund depending on the booking type.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may not qualify for a refund.

Customers who fail to appear at the agreed pickup location without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.

In cases of severe weather, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control, bookings may be rescheduled or refunded at our discretion.
